Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you purchased and if for whatever reason our product does not meet your expectations, simply return it to us for an exchange or refund within 60 days. Items may not be worn, washed, or altered and must be in their original condition. All footwear and accessory returns must include the original box in its original condition. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Returns and exchanges are processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt of the items returned. Select sale may be marked as “final sale” and are not eligible for return/exchange.

PROCESSING FEE:

There will be a processing and handling fee of 5% on any items returned for a refund. Any returns for store credit will be processed free of charge.

DENIM ALTERATIONS POLICY:

Denim that has been altered in any way are considered final sale. This includes denim hemming, tapers, waist pinch, and all alterations made at Ace Rivington or elsewhere. *No exceptions will be made.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

In addition to above return policy, if you return an item, we will refund the original merchandise price and any duties and taxes originally paid on the item in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. You will be responsible for any shipping charges.
