1. Eligibility

The Ace Rivington “Show Us Your Ace” Contest (the "Contest") is open to legal residents of the United States, aged 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of Ace Rivington, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. This Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. How to Enter

To enter, participants must submit a photo or short video featuring themselves wearing an Ace Rivington Tee Shirt while engaging in a part of their normal, everyday life. Content must be appropriate for public sharing and adhere to community standards.

Alternative Entry Method:

If you do not own an Ace Rivington Tee Shirt, you may submit a photo or video of yourself wearing your favorite t-shirt and pretend you are wearing Ace Rivington. This is a contest to win a new tee, so get creative!

Submission Instructions:

• Email your photo or video to: marketing@acerivington.com
• OR send a direct message (DM) with your submission to @acerivington on Instagram.
• DO NOT POST YOUR ENTRY publicly on social media; this is only the first step of the contest.
• Include your full name, a valid email address, and a valid U.S. shipping address in your email or DM.

3. Submission Guidelines

• Content must be submitted in portrait format (vertical orientation).
• Content must be original, owned by the participant, and must not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
• By submitting, participants affirm that they have obtained permission from any recognizable individuals in the content.
• Submissions must not contain offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content, as determined at the discretion of Ace Rivington.

4. Judging Criteria

Entries will be judged based on the following criteria:

• Creativity (Originality and uniqueness of the submission)
• Picture/Video Quality (Clarity, lighting, and overall visual appeal)
• Focus on the Tee Shirt (How well the submission highlights the t-shirt)

Ace Rivington's team will evaluate submissions, and winners will be selected at their sole discretion.

5. Prizes & Winner Obligations

• Selected winners (more than one) will receive a new tee from Ace Rivington’s Spring/Summer 2025 collection.
• Winners agree to recreate their original photo/video while wearing their new Ace Rivington Tee.
• The recreated content will be posted on Ace Rivington’s social media channels and may be used in an email marketing campaign.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other merchandise.

6. Contest Deadline & Winner Notification

• Submission Deadline: March 16, 2025, at 12:00 PM PST
• Winner Announcement: Winners will be contacted via email or Instagram DM by March 19, 2025.
• Winners must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize and provide a valid U.S. shipping address. Failure to respond in time may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

7. Rights & Permissions

By entering the Contest, participants:

• Grant Ace Rivington a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute their submitted content for promotional and marketing purposes.
• Acknowledge that they will not be compensated beyond the contest prize.
• Agree that Ace Rivington has the right to modify or edit the content for promotional use.

8. General Conditions

• Ace Rivington reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest at any time if circumstances beyond its control interfere with the contest’s integrity.
• By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Ace Rivington, its affiliates, and employees from any liability arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance of any prize.
• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.
